Womack <br />Mark Taylor <br />Carol Barrett <br />Tom Taggart <br />Carolyn Liner <br />Collette Jamison <br /> <br />Also present: Linda Costley, Dianne Wassenich, Jane Hughson, Keven Roles, <br />Dan Rogers, Marla Thompson, Jon James, Melissa Millecam, Jan Clark, <br />Shelley Goodwin and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor <br />Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced a public hearing regarding an Annexation <br />Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />ANNEXING TO THE CITY A TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 594.128 ACRES, MORE <br />OR LESS, LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE 3100-3400 BLOCKS OF POST ROAD (AGUA <br />TIERRA TRACT); APPROVING A SERVICE PLAN FOR THIS TRACT; INCLUDING <br />PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished <br />to speak. Dianne Wassenich stated she is not opposed to this annexation, <br />but she asked Council to be very aware of the location of this land to the <br />river in extending services. Building will impact impervious cover. <br />Mayor Habingreither asked if anyone else wished to speak. No one did, so <br />Mayor Habingreither closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration a public hearing and <br />adoption of an Ordinance on emergency, the caption which was read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
