<br />~I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />h. Public Law 90-480, as amended, and the regulations issued or <br />to be issued thereunder, prescribing standards for the design <br />and construction of any building or facility intended to be <br />accessible to the public or which may result in the employment <br />of handicapped persons therein. <br /> <br />i. No person in the United States shall on the ground of sex be <br />excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or be <br />otherwise subject to discrimination in connection with this <br />Project (Section 112 of P.L. 92-65, as amended; 13 CFR 311.40-43, <br />as amended, and the rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto). <br /> <br />j. The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property <br />Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (P.L. 91-646, as amended), 13 CFR <br />Part 310, as amended (not applicable to nongovernmental body), <br />which in substance requires that: <br /> <br />(1) Prior to proceeding with any phase of this Project <br />which has caused or will cause displacement, in connection <br />with this Project, of any individual, partnership, corporation, <br />or association on or after the effective date of the Uniform <br />Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies <br />Act of 1970, as amended, the Grantee/Borrower shall furnish <br />evidence satisfactory to the Government that such displacement <br />was or will be in accordance with said Act and the regulations <br />issued pursuant thereto by the Economic Development Administration; <br />that payments, procedures and services required under said Act <br />and regulations were or will be provided to those displaced; and <br />that all those affected were or will be adequately informed of the <br />benefits, policies, and procedures in said Act and regulations. <br /> <br />(2) Prior to proceeding with any phase of this Project <br />which has required or will require, in connection with this <br />Project, acquisition of any interest in real property after the <br />effective date of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real <br />Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and the regulations <br />issued pursuant thereto by the Government, the Grantee/Borrower <br />shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Government that such <br />acquisition was or will be in accordance with said Act and <br />regulations; that payments, procedures and services required under <br />said Act and regulations will be provided; and that all those <br />affected will be adequately informed of the benefits, policies <br />and procedures described in said Act and regulations. <br /> <br />k. Any requirement or condition imposed by the Government to <br />implement the provisions of Executive Order 11588, issued on <br />March 29, 1971, and any other Executive Order, statute or <br />regulation regarding the stabilization of wages and prices in <br />the construction industry. <br /> <br />- 5 - <br />
