Although 2 highly publicized public hearings will be <br />held in carrying out this study, there will be nu~erous small <br />conferences and get-to'?;'ethers to obtain information 8nd con- <br />currence on the contents of the report. Re7,ardin~ the public <br />hearings, the first one will be held in the beginning to apprise <br />the public on the scope of the study and to invite their aid <br />and participation. The second hearing will be held toward the <br />end of the study to review recommendations ~lhich are to be in- <br />corporated into the report. <br /> <br />MISC~LLANSOUS. Upon completion of the Master Plan Study, both <br />narrative and dra~Tin~s, 20 copies of such report will be prepared <br />for review and comment. Upon approval by the FAA, who will be <br />furnishing part of the funds, and the City of San Marcos, <br />100 copies will be prepared for distribution. Additional copies <br />can be furnished for the extra cost of printing. <br /> <br />4 <br />
