The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />(11) MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by <br />Councilmember Guerrero, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to <br />approve Resolution 2008-98R, as previously captioned. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />(16) MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Guerrero and a second by <br />Councilmember Jones, the City Council voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed, with <br />Councilmember Thomaides absent from the dais, to approve Resolution 103R, as <br />previously captioned.
