No additional treatment ,or collection <br />needs are anticipated for McQueeney according to <br />the 201 Facility plan being finalized for this area. <br />The McQueeney M.U.D. and/or the Guadalupe-Blanco <br />Authority will continue to manage the sewerage <br />system. Wastewater discharge in 1990 is projected <br />to be 0.349 MGD. A permit revision to 0.500 MGD <br />may be required if the current plans to build a <br />0.5 MGD plant are implemented. <br /> <br />c. Segment 1806 - Kendall County WClD No. 1 (Comfort) <br /> <br />(1) Structural Requirements. Additional trunk lines <br />will be needed in Comfort by 1990 according to <br />population and land use projections. These lines <br />will provide service to new areas. No additional <br />treatment facilities will be needed at this time. <br /> <br />(2) Management Requirements. The Kendall County <br />Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 is <br />the recommended management agency for Comfort; <br />however, the WCID maintains the ability to delete <br />some or all of its responsibilities if a more <br />appropriate management agnecy should arise. <br /> <br />(3) Costs. The expected cost of the trunkline addi- <br />tions in Comfort is $56,000 in 1978 dollars. <br /> <br />(4) Impacts. No major adverse social or environmental <br />impacts are expected to occur in Comfort because <br />of the construction of new sewer lines. <br /> <br />(5) Water Rights. The projected wastewater flow in <br />Comfort in 1990 is 0.216 MGD. No discharge will <br />occur, however, because of the land application <br />wastewater treatment system. <br /> <br />!?~9111~.n!!,_1808 and IB09 - Sa~.9rcos <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Structural Requirements. Additional trunklines <br />are proposed in this plan to meet the demands.of <br />the growing population in San Marcos. No addl- <br />tional treatment facilities are required if the <br />recommendations of the 1983 plan are implemented. <br /> <br />(2 ) <br /> <br />Management Requirements. The City of San Marcos, <br />as the designated management agency, will continue <br />to own, operate and maintain the wastewater col- <br />lection and treatment system in that City. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Cost.
