I (a) Structural Requirements. One additional trunkline is proposed for Kyle in the 1990 subplan. No treatment additions are pro- posed contingent upon the acceptance of a higher TSS value in the permi t by the De-' partment of Water Resources. (b) Management Requirements. The Town of Kyle as the designated management agency will continue to own, operate and maintain the sewerage system in Kyle. (c) Costs. No major adverse social or envi- ronmental impacts are expected as a result of the construction of the trunkline in Kyle. (e) Water Rights. The projected wastewater dis- charge from the Kyle plant in 1990 is 0.319 11GD. (2) City of Lockhart (al Structural Requirements. Additional trunk- lines will be needed in Luling to serve the projected population in 1990. No new treat- ment facilities will be needed at that time. I (b) Hanagement Requirements. The City of Luling is the designated management agency to con- tinue to own, operate and maintain the sewerage system in LUling. (c) Cost. The expected cost for the construction of the additional trunklines in Luling is $33,000 in 1978. (d) Impacts. No major adverse social or environ- mental impacts are expected as a result of the construction additional trunklines in Luling. (e) Water Rights.
