Lessee agrees to have qualified personnel on the <br /> <br />property at all times while it is open and in operation. <br /> <br />18. No amendment, modification, or alteration of the <br /> <br />terms hereof shall be binding unless the same be in writing, <br /> <br />dated subsequent to the date hereof and duly executed by the <br /> <br />parties hereto. <br /> <br />19. The Lessee shall not assign or transfer this agreement, <br /> <br />nor any share, part or interest therein, nor any of the rights <br /> <br />or privileges granted hereby, nor enter into any contract <br /> <br />requiring or permitting the doing of anything hereunder by an <br /> <br />independent contractor. If ownership or control of International <br /> <br />Security Group, Inc. changes at any time during'the term of <br /> <br />this contract, then Lessor may at its option, declare such a <br />change a breach of this agreement. <br /> <br />20.
