<br />-9- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ownership change, a renewal or new conditional <br />use permit application by the new owner shall <br />be necessary. <br />(H) Conditional Use .Permits issued by the City <br />shall also require renewal or reapplication <br />if there is any change in the status of the <br />State license or permit such as cancellation <br />or expiration or renewal. <br />(I) The acceptance of a conditional use permit <br />issued by the City shall constitute express <br />consent for any appropriate City official, <br />inspector, or peace officer to enter the <br />premises at any time for the purpose of <br />determining if the use of said premises is in <br />violation of any of the conditions set out in <br />paragraph (E) above. <br />(J) In accordance with the authority granted to <br />municipalities by the State, the City of San <br />Marcos shall have the right to immediately <br />suspend the Conditional Use Permit for any <br />property where the premises are determined <br />to be an immediate hazard to the health and <br />safety of any person or an immediate danger to <br />any adjacent property. Such suspension shall <br />be for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) <br />hours or until the danger or hazard is removed. <br />Among grounds for immediate suspension shall <br />be any violation of maximum occupancy standards <br />and/or dangerous obstructions of fire exits. <br />(K) Upon excessive violation of conditions and/or <br />abuse of Conditional Use Permit privileges, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
