<br />-10- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />the City of San Marcos shall have the right to <br />revoke any Conditional Use Permit as to any <br />owner or any property upon ten (10) days written <br />notice to said owner or his designated agent and <br />upon Revocation Hearing before the Zoning Board <br />of Adjustment. Among grounds for revocation <br />shall be the unauthorized extention of the <br />benefits of any State Alcoholic Beverage Permit <br />or License granted pursuant to the issuance of a <br />Conditional Use Permit from the City, when said <br />extent ion is utilized on any other property in <br />the City which has not been granted a Conditional <br />Use Permit." <br />"Section 2l:;-S. The application of the policies, provisions, <br />and conditions established in this Ordinance shall <br />immediately apply to all property and to ~ll property <br />owners within the City of San Marcos upon passage of this <br />Ordinance. The effect shall be as follows: <br />(1) New applicants shall be immediately required to <br />obtain 'Conditional Use Permits' regarding <br />establishments which dispense liquor, wine, or <br />beer for on-premise consumption under permit by <br />the State of Texas. <br />(2) Establishments currently dispensing liquor, wine, <br />or beer for on-premise consumption under permit <br />by the State of Texas, shall have until December 31, <br />1979, to complete the acquisition of 'Conditional <br />Use Permits', including all necessary variances. <br />These include establishments which have previously <br />been granted 'C-2' status by the City and also <br />those which have enjoyed non-conforming use status <br />under the old 'C-2' provisions. All establishments <br />shall have 'Conditional Use Permits' no later than <br />January 1, 1980. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
