<br />-6- <br /> <br />front door to front door and in a direct line <br />across the street intersections where they <br /> <br />occur. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(2) Noise produced by human, mechanical and/or <br />electrical means shall be contained entirely <br />within said place of business so as not to <br />interfere with the reasonable use and enjoyment <br />of adjacent property or public areas. It <br />shall be prima facie evidence that said noise <br />is not contained and is in contravention of <br />this condition when it can be heard by human <br />ear or its vibration detected by the human <br />body at any point inside any closed building <br />on any adjacent property. <br />(3) The place of said business shall not be built <br />or located closer than five (5') feet from the <br />adjoining side and rear property lines. It <br />shall be set back a minimum of fifteen (15') <br />feet from the front property line facing any <br />public street. There shall be no setback <br />restrictions in the Central Business Area as <br />that area is defined in Section 16 of the <br />General Zoning Ordinance of San Marcos. <br />(4) The premises shall be effectively screened <br />from any adjoining property which is zoned for <br />or utilized for residential purposes by a <br />masonry wall or solid privacy fence of acceptable <br />design. Said wall or fence shall be at least <br />six [6') feet in height and shall be maintained <br />in good condition with no advertising thereon. <br />Any space between the wall or fence and the <br />property line adjoining the premises shall be <br />landscaped with grass, hardy shrubs, or evergreen <br />ground cover and maintained in good condition. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
