- 2- Intersection Direction of Approach South South West West I Furman Street and Hazelton Street Meiners Street and Mill Street Sarah Street and Owens Street Spring Street and Post Road Section 4. That Section 29-123, entitled "No Parking Anytime", of the aforesaid Article and Chapter of the City Code of Ordinances, be, and is hereby, amended by adding three locations as additional areas to be designated as areas in which no person shall at any time park a vehicle, and that signs be erected giving notice thereof: (1) Alley South of Jackson Lane, both sides (2) Blanco Street, West side Hutchison Street to Burleson Street, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (3) Forest Drive, South side, from L.B.J. Drive to Bluebonnet Drive Section 5. That Section 29-123, entitled "No Parking Anytime", of the aforesaid Article and Chapter of the City Code of Ordinances, be, and is hereby, amended by deleting the following location from the areas in which no parking is permitted at any time, to-wit: I Blanco Street, West side, Hutchison Street to Burleson Street Section 6. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provisions of the Charter requiring all ordinances be read at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective until the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final passage be suspended, and this provision is hereby suspended, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the city.
