156c X. No county or municipality that is a part to this agreement shall re<J.uest from the other party any reimbursement for services performed pursuant to this agreement. XI. In the event that any law enforcement officer assigned to the "Task Force" be cited as a defendant party to any civil lawsuit, state or federal, arising out of his official.acts while functioning aS,a law enforcement officer assigned to the "Task Force", said law enforcement officer shall be entitled to the same benefits that such officer would be entitled to receive had such civil action arisen out of an official act within the scope of his duties as a member and in the jurisdiction of the law enforcement agency from which he was assigend. XII. No county or municipality that is a party to this agreement shall be liable for the actions of a law enforcement officer of another county or municipality assigned to the Task Force. XIII. The governing bodies of the City of San Marcos and Hays County specifically desire the inclusion of the law enforcement function of Southwest Texas State University as a party to this mutual aid law enforcement agreement should such inclusion become feasible and be re<J.uested by the University in the future. The present agreement is in no way intended to interfere with present cooperation in law enforcement matters between the City, County and University. XIV. The gO'Terning bodies of the City of San Marcos and Hays County, as parties to this DUltUal aid law enforcement agreement, reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice by one party to the other.
