<br />162m <br /> <br />exhibit a continued <br /> <br />LOWER COLORAlXl RIVER AUlHORITY <br />MERCURY VAPOR LIGlITING RATE <br />IN EFFECT WITIlIN TIlE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />SaJEOOLE VII I -77 <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />Applicable to outdoor lighting of parks, driveways, yards and other areas at <br />locations where existing Authority-owned,poles, and facilities are available. Service <br />at locations other than where existing Authority-owned poles and facilities are <br />available may be made available at the discretion of the Authority after arrange- <br />ments have been made by the CUS1Comer to reimburse Authority for the additional <br />costs of providing the service. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Mercury vapor lighting fixtur,es with 175 watt lamps and related wiring will <br />be installed on existing Authority-owned poles to provide dusk to dawn lighting <br />service. ' <br /> <br />RATE <br /> <br />Three dollars ($3.00) per lighting fixture plus costs of repairing facilities <br />damaged by acts of vandalism shall be billed to customer for each month service <br />is rendered under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />MINIMUM SERVICE PERIOD <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be made available on an individual <br />fixture basis for an initial minimum service period of thirty-six (36) months <br />beginning on the date of installation of each fixture. Service shall continue <br />on a month-to_-lllonth basis after the initial minimum service period until <br />disconnection following customer's request for termination of service. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PAYMENT <br /> <br />The rate included-herein is net, the gross rate being ten per cent (10%) highe~. <br />In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within ten (10) days from date <br />of bill the gross rate shall apply. <br /> <br />I <br />
