<br />172c <br /> <br />PART 7. That the polls at each of the above designated polling places shall on <br />said election day be open from 7:00 9'clock A.M. to 7:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />PART.9. That the City Secretary is hereby authoi'ized and instructed to provide <br />and furnish all necessary election supplies to conduct said election. <br /> <br />PART 9. That the order in which the names of the candidates are to be printed <br />on the ballot shall be determined by a drawing by the City Secretary as provided <br />by Article 6.05c, Subd. 3. <br /> <br />PART 10. That Doriss Hambrick is hereby appointed Clerk for absentee voting, and <br />Kathleen Bonsall and Ruth Rosales are hereby appointed Deputy Clerks for absentee <br />voting. The absentee voting for the above designated election shall be held at I <br />City Hall within said City and said place of absentee voting shall remain open for <br />at least eight hours on each day for absentee voting which is not a Saturday, a <br />Sunday, or an official State holiday, beginning on the 20th day and continuing <br />through the 4th day preceding the date of said election. Said place of voting shall <br />remain open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on each day for said <br />absent.ee voting. The above described place for absentee voting is also the absentee <br />clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by mail may <br />be sent. <br /> <br />PART 11. That said election shall be held in accordance with the Election Code <br />of this State and only resident qualified voters of said city shall be eligible <br />to vote at said election. <br /> <br />PART 12. That the Mayor shall give notice of this election in accordance with teh <br />terms and provisions of Article 4.05 of the Election Code and Art. 2ge and the <br />City Secretary is hereby instructed to have notice posted and published in accordance <br />with said Articles 4.05 and 2ge. A copy of this order shall also serve as a writ <br />of election which shall be delivered to the above appointed Presiding Judges for <br />said election. <br /> <br />PART 13. That immediately after said election is held, the officers holding the <br />same shall make returns of the result thereof to the Mayor of the City as required <br />by the Election Code of this State. <br /> <br />PART 14. That it is found and determined that in accordance with the order of this I <br />governing body the Secretary posted written notice of the date, place and subject <br />of this meeting on the bulletin board located in City Hall, a place convenient to <br />the public, and said notice having been so posted and remaining posted continuously <br />for at least three days preceding the date of this meeting.
