172c PART 7. That the polls at each of the above designated polling places shall on said election day be open from 7:00 9'clock A.M. to 7:00 o'clock P.M. PART.9. That the City Secretary is hereby authoi'ized and instructed to provide and furnish all necessary election supplies to conduct said election. PART 9. That the order in which the names of the candidates are to be printed on the ballot shall be determined by a drawing by the City Secretary as provided by Article 6.05c, Subd. 3. PART 10. That Doriss Hambrick is hereby appointed Clerk for absentee voting, and Kathleen Bonsall and Ruth Rosales are hereby appointed Deputy Clerks for absentee voting. The absentee voting for the above designated election shall be held at I City Hall within said City and said place of absentee voting shall remain open for at least eight hours on each day for absentee voting which is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or an official State holiday, beginning on the 20th day and continuing through the 4th day preceding the date of said election. Said place of voting shall remain open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on each day for said absent.ee voting. The above described place for absentee voting is also the absentee clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by mail may be sent. PART 11. That said election shall be held in accordance with the Election Code of this State and only resident qualified voters of said city shall be eligible to vote at said election. PART 12. That the Mayor shall give notice of this election in accordance with teh terms and provisions of Article 4.05 of the Election Code and Art. 2ge and the City Secretary is hereby instructed to have notice posted and published in accordance with said Articles 4.05 and 2ge. A copy of this order shall also serve as a writ of election which shall be delivered to the above appointed Presiding Judges for said election. PART 13. That immediately after said election is held, the officers holding the same shall make returns of the result thereof to the Mayor of the City as required by the Election Code of this State. PART 14. That it is found and determined that in accordance with the order of this I governing body the Secretary posted written notice of the date, place and subject of this meeting on the bulletin board located in City Hall, a place convenient to the public, and said notice having been so posted and remaining posted continuously for at least three days preceding the date of this meeting. A copy of the return of said posting shall be attached to the minutes of this meeting and shall be made a part thereof for all intents and purposes.
