Thomas, Alternate Presiding Judge <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br /> It is agreed, by the part ies',hereto that separate ballots will be used for <br />the j 6int election. <br /> It is agreed by the parties hereto that common-ballot boxes ,will be used for <br />the joint election, to be provided equally by the two agencies. The ballot boxes <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />holding the voted ballots for both elections will remain in the custody of the <br /> <br />Business Manager of the School. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />.separate returns of the elections will be provided by the election judges to <br /> <br />the Mayor, City Council, and City Secretary for the election of city officials and <br /> <br />to the President, Board of Trustees, and Business Manager for the election of school <br /> <br />officials. All returns by election officials will be made to the School and City <br /> <br />at the School District Office at 501 South L.B.J. Drive within said City following <br /> <br />the closing of the various polling places. Separate canvassing of the returns will <br /> <br />be conducted by the School and City. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />To facilitate the administration of the election on election day, the <br /> <br />following forms will be used jointly by the two agencies: Oaths of Election <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Officials, Watchers and Interpreters; Affidavits of Lost Registration Certificate <br /> <br />and Erroneous Election Precinct on Registration Certificate; and Expense Accounts. <br />
