It is agreed, by the part ies',hereto that separate ballots will be used for the j 6int election. It is agreed by the parties hereto that common-ballot boxes ,will be used for the joint election, to be provided equally by the two agencies. The ballot boxes I holding the voted ballots for both elections will remain in the custody of the Business Manager of the School. IV. .separate returns of the elections will be provided by the election judges to the Mayor, City Council, and City Secretary for the election of city officials and to the President, Board of Trustees, and Business Manager for the election of school officials. All returns by election officials will be made to the School and City at the School District Office at 501 South L.B.J. Drive within said City following the closing of the various polling places. Separate canvassing of the returns will be conducted by the School and City. v. To facilitate the administration of the election on election day, the following forms will be used jointly by the two agencies: Oaths of Election I Officials, Watchers and Interpreters; Affidavits of Lost Registration Certificate and Erroneous Election Precinct on Registration Certificate; and Expense Accounts.
