194b I V. The use of the Charles S. CbCk Home will be restricta:l to cultural and a:lucational purp:>ses in keeping with its designation as a House Museum by the Texas Historical Canmission, and in corrpliance with all local ordinances, as well as with applicable state and .fa:leral laws. VI. The "Guild" will continue to serve luncheons as a cultural and a:lucational function of the Home and in order to provide additional hours for display of the Heme I s art work and antique furnishings to the public. VII. Procea:ls received by the "Guild" in keeping the Heme open to the public will be applia:l to the costs of operating the Halle, such as foods serva:l, custodial supplies and custodial services, and to the furthering of the objectives of the "Guild" and the Heritage Association of San Marcos, Inc., as detennina:l and agrea:l in consultation with the Parks and Recreation l\dvisory Board. VIII. The "City" and the "Guild", prior to executing this agreanent, shall callpile an inventory of all itans of personal property locata:l in or about the HOIl'e, said inventory to contain an item description, inventory n~, name of owner and aFProximate value, said inventory to be attached to and made a part of this agreanent and continually annotata:l as itans are adda:l or .rarova:l during the life of this agreerrent. I I IX. '!he "City" and the "Guild" agree to review this agreanent semi-annually, said review to include a financial accounting and a determination of the feasibility of continuing said agreanent under its existing terms and condit:ions. X. If either party shall fail to keep any of the agreements herein €!greed by him or to make any payments herein agreed by him to be made, the other party may, by giving the party in default written notice, cancel and tenninate this agreelrel1t as and from the expiration of thirty days fran receli!p'\:iof~saiid()tiotice. -?-
