<br />'- <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />62 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1977-33-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH <br />MR. ERWIN HAGEDORN FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE <br />NON-DIRECTIONAL BEACON AT THE SAN MARCOS <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE ACTING <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the non-directional beacon at the San Marcos Municipal <br />Airport requires maintenance both on a routine and emergency basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the San Marcos Airport Commission has recommended that <br />the City of San Marcos enter into a contract for the maintenance of <br />said beacon with Mr. Erwin Hagedorn, for a period of six months at a <br />cost of fifty dollars per month; now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: <br /> <br />Par.t ,1. 'That the contract attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />between the City of San Marcos and Mr. Erwin Hagedorn be, and is hereby, <br />approved. <br /> <br />Part 2. That the Acting City Manager, Albert Sierra, or his <br />successor be and is hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf <br />of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />Part 3.
