I 62a I STATE OF TEXAS x AGREEMENT COUNTY OF HAYS This agreement made between the City of San Marcos, hereinafter called "City", acting by and through its duly authorized representa- tive, Albert Sierra, Acting City Manager, and Mr. Erwin Hagedorn, witnesseth that the parties hereto hereby agree as follows: 1. Mr. Hagedorn agrees to perform all required maintenance on the radio beacon located at the San Marcos Municipal Airport, at Camp Gary, in accordance with that Memorandum of Understanding, exe- cuted on May l2, 1977, between the Federal Aviation Administration and the City of San Marcos, with said required maintenance including both routine preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance. 2. Mr. Hagedorn also agrees to prepare all required repor1:s and logs in connection with the performance of the maintenance duties specified above. 3. In consideration of Mr. Hagedorn's performance of the ser- vices specified above, the City agrees to compensate Mr. Hagedorn at the rate of $50.00 per month for a six month period beginning on March l4, 1977, and ending on September 13, 1977, with the maxi- mum compensation for such services for ,the specified period being $300.00. 4. Either party may at any time cancel this agreement by giving to the other 30 days notice in writing, and City may in the event of any breach of this agreement by Mr. Hagedorn cancel the same by giving Mr. Hagedorn 7 days notice in writing.
