Porter, Managing Partner of the association, <br />and Mr. James E. Byrn. Mr. James E. Byrn may render services required <br />in Article 3, other than as a Principal, and shall receive payment as <br />outlined in Section 4.4.3. <br />4.2 PAYMENT FOR BASIC SERVICES PHASES 1,2, AND 3 <br />4.2.1 The.
