<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />5.3 Furnish the ENGINEER a complete foundation and soils report, <br />including core borings, sub-surface explorations, laboratory tests, and <br />related foundation engineering analyses and recommendations. <br />5.4 Furnish the ENGINEER all necessary reports on tre results of <br />laboratory tests, inspection of samples, materials testing, mill tests, <br />and other testing services performed for quality control 'purposes by an <br />independent testing laboratory. <br />5.5 Furnish the ENGINEER the necessary field survey data such as <br />horizontal and vertical control measurements, topography, profiles, cross <br />sections and land boundaries and corners necessary to accomplish the <br />phases of work outlined in Article 2 of this Agreement. <br />5.6 Acquire all land and rights-of-way required for the PROJECT and <br />any related off-site work. <br />5.7 Respond promptly in writing to requests by the ENGINEER for <br />authorization to proceed with specific activities deemed desirable and <br />as set forth in Article 3, SPECIAL SERVICES and Article, 7. <br />5.8 Respond promptly and in accordance with the estimated dates <br />of reviews and approvals required of the OWNER as outlined in the pre- <br />liminary and final progress chart of professional engineering services <br />to be rendered as set forth in Article 2.2.1 of this Agreement. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 6 <br />SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS <br />OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS <br />After completion of the PROJECT, the original drawings as <br />modified to conform with construction records as set fDrth in para- <br />graph 2.4.10 will be delivered to the OWNER. <br />-17- <br />
