<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Principals as identified in paragraph 4.1.4, for any Special S~v~ce, <br />under Group 2, the ENGINEER will be compensated at his ~afahy co~t times <br />a multiplier of 2.4. V~ect non-tabo~ expenhe6 will be reimbursed at <br />actual invoice cost plus ten percent (10%). <br />4.4.4 Special S~V~Ce6, Pnincip~. If the OWNER specifically <br />requests in writing that any phase of the Special Services be performed <br />by Principals. as identified in paragraph 4.1.4, ENGINEER will be compen- <br />sated for hours actually required of the Principal, not to exceed eight <br />(8) hours per day, at the rate of forty dollars ($40.00) per hour. If <br />Mr. James E. Byrn performs the requested services, other,than as a <br />Principal, he shall be reimbursed in accordance with Section 4.4.3. <br />4.5 LATE PAYMENT TO ENGINEER <br />All payments for services rendered by the ENGINEER that have <br />not been paid within ninety (90) days after becoming due. shall there- <br />after accrue interest at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum. <br />4.6 OWNER PAYMENT TO ENGINEER <br />All payments for all services to the ENGINEER shall be made to <br />URS/Forrest and Cotton, Inc., as payee. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />SERVICES BY THE OWNER <br />In general. the OWNER will render services as follows: <br />5.1 Provide available criteria and full information as to the <br />OWNER'S requirements for the PROJECT. <br />5.2 Assist the ENGINEER by placing at his disposal all available <br />written data pertinent to previous operations, previous reports, process <br />experimental data and any other data affecting the design and/or con- <br />struction of the PROJECT. <br /> <br />-16- <br />
