Webster <br /> <br />September 29, 1977 <br /> <br />Pa ge 2 <br /> <br />Provide any other additional engineering services as may be <br />requested and authorized in writing by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />The scope of the items to be completed under this Letter of Agreement <br />shall be as given by the requirements of: (1) the Enforcement Order, <br />(2) by the engineer's interpretation of those requirements, and (3) by <br />the regulations of the Texas Department of Water Resources' "Sewage <br />Facility Waste Load Evaluation and Control Program"; all of which are <br />given in Appendix A, entitled "City of San Marcos - TWQS Enforcement <br />Order Compliance Program," attached herein and made a part of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />The work outlined above will be provided with the method of compensation <br />being as follows: <br /> <br />Compensation for the work performed by URS/Forrest and Cotton, Inc. <br />shall be on the basis of Salary Cost times a multiplier of 2.40. <br />Salary Cost shall be deemed to include the salaries of Personnel <br />directly chargeable to the project, plus social security contribu- <br />tions, unemployment excise and payroll taxes, employment compen- <br />sation insurance, medical and insurance benefits, sick leave, <br />vacation and holiday pay and contributions to retirement or pension <br />plan. Non-labor items of expense such as transportation, subcon- <br />tracts for field surveys and subsurface investigations (if handled <br />on URS/Forrest and Cotton, Inc. account), printing of plans, speci- <br />fications, etc., and other incidental costs shall be reimbursable <br />at actual invoice cost times a multiplier of 1.10. <br /> <br />In addition, it is understood that the fee for engineering services <br />shall not exceed the amounts given below, without prior written authoriza- <br />tion by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />ITEM <br />~ <br />l. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />MAXIMUM <br />ENG.
