At this time, the services which we foresee URS/Forrest and Cotton, Inc. performing for the City of San Marcos include the following: (1) Provide technical advice and consultation to the City staff regarding the items listed under the Enforcement Order (Ap- pendix A); (2) Submit written engineering reports and analyses to the City of San Marcos, or to the Texas Oepartment of Water Resources on the City's behalf, as required for compliance with the Enforce- ment Order; (3) Provide the City of San Marcos with engineering and construc- tion cost estimates as necessary to allow the City to develop time and financial schedules related to the City's required compliance with the Enforcement Order; (4) Assist the City in arranging for the specifying, purchase, delivery, and installation of sewage treatment equipment which ;s to be installed by equipment suppliers, or by City forcE!s; (5) Provide detailed plans and specifications as necessary for the installation or construction of treatment units provided through the submission of bids by and award of contracts to private contractors or equipment firms; and -
