<br />1.1.7 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City on the <br />progress of work. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - BOUNDARY SURVEY <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Locate all street and back lot line monuments, to detennine street right-of-way and back <br />easements and/or alleyways <br /> <br />1.2.2 Provide the City with a coordinate file and point key showing results of boundary <br />analysis. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK2-EASEMENTPREPARATION <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Assist City staff with the development of working sketches, field work, boundary <br />analysis, plat preparation, and field note descriptions of proposed public utility easements as <br />required by the City's design documents. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Stake proposed easements on the ground. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Prepare plat and legal description for each easement. <br /> <br />1.4 TASK 3 - TOPOGRAPIDC SURVEY <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.4.1 Perfonn a field topographic survey in preparation for engineering design of all easements <br />along back lotlines within the Project area. The survey will include: <br /> <br />a) Obtaining necessary rights of entry prior to entering private property. <br />b) Examination of utility maps and data provided by utility companies, mark utilities and <br />locate marked alignments. <br />c) Locate visible utilities and other manmade features horizontally and vertically <br />including, but not limited to wastewater manholes (top and flowlines) and cleanouts, <br />water valves (top of valve and valve box), water meters, fire hydrants, gas valves and <br />meters, utility poles, guys and pedestals, fences, buildings and any other improvements. <br />d) Locate natural features such as trees and ornamentals horizontally and vertically. <br />e) Reduce all field data and tie into the City GPS Network with Geoid model (95). The <br />City has a Continuously Operating Reference Station ("CaRS") and has been designated <br />CSM1. Consultant will tie monuments into only the City's GPS Network.
