<br />will establish and tie monuments into the NAD 83 (93) Texas State Plane Coordinates <br />South Central Zone, units are US survey feet. Consultant will ensure that each <br />monument has grid coordinates and surface coordinates, for the ability to transfer data <br />into the City's Micro Station (CADD) software. <br /> <br />1.5 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.5.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope ofthe Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.4 above. The Engineer will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />services. The location of individual lot comers and side lot lines is not included as a basic service <br />and is considered an additional service. <br /> <br />1.5.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form. attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 4.2 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $25,000.00. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant data and <br />information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Kathy Woodlee as the City's Project Manager and authorized representative to <br />act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents <br />and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on <br />issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public <br />and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.4 Bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES. <br /> <br />3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, reproduction of <br />Bym-Rio Vista.wpd <br /> <br />3 <br />
