<br />198a <br /> <br />Section 4. That Section 9-2 (h) of Chapter 9 of the City Code, <br />adopted by Ordinance Number 1971-35 on December 27, 1971, be, and is <br />hereby, amended by repealing the current Section 9-2 (h) and by sub- <br />stituting in its place the following: <br /> <br />Section 9-2. Examining and supervising board of electricians. <br /> <br />(h) The fee for examination for the master electrician)s license, <br />the journeyman electrician's license, and the maintenance electri- <br />cian's restricted license shall be twenty dollars ($20.00). Pay- <br />ment of this fee shall be required each time an application for the <br />license examination is made. <br /> <br />Section 5. That Section 9-2 (i) of Chapter 9 of the City Code, I <br />adopted by Ordinance Number 1971-35 on December 27, 1971, be, and <br />is hereby, amended by repealing the current Section 9-2 (i) and by <br />substituting in its place the following: <br /> <br />Section 9-2. That Section 9-4.1, entitled flAir conditioning, heaters, <br />job permit fee,fI of Chapter 9, adopted by Section 7 of Ordinance <br />Number 1975-34 on August 11, 1975, be, and is hereby, amended by <br />repealing the current Section 9-4.1 and adopting in its place the I <br />following: <br /> <br />Section 9-4.1. Air conditioning, heaters, job permit fee. <br /> <br />The fee for the issuance of a job permit for central air con- <br />ditioning units and central heaters shall be based upon the size of <br />units, as follows: <br /> <br />SIZE <br /> <br />PERMIT FEE <br /> <br />Up to 7~ tons <br />Over 7~ tons <br /> <br />$7.50 <br />$7.50 plus $0.75 for each <br />additional ton or fraction <br />thereof over 7~ tons. <br /> <br />Section 7. That Section 9-5, entitled "Fees for inspectionfl, of <br />Chapter 9, adopted by Section 1-6 of Ordinance Number 1975-35 on <br />August 11, 1975, be, and is hereby, amended by repealing the current <br />Section 9-5 and adopting in its place the following: <br /> <br />Section 9-5. Fees for inspection. <br /> <br />(a) The fees for installation of any and all electric wiring, <br />apparatus, equipment, and other electrical work, repairs, opera- I <br />tions, and renewals, shall be paid by the person applying for the <br />permit to the city electrical inspector at the time application is <br />made for inspection. No permit shall be issued by said electrical <br />inspector for less than minimum fee of five dollars ($5.00). <br /> <br />(b) The fees for outlets for electric light or power in or upon <br />any building, whether the wiring in concealed or open, shall be <br />one dollar ($1.00) for the first four (4) outlets, ten<cents ($0.10) <br />for the next forty-six (46) outlets, and five cents ($0.05) for each <br />outlet over fifty (50) outlets. <br /> <br />(c) The fee for installation of meter loops shall conform to the <br />following schedule: <br />
