Section 5. That Section 6, Subsection G of Ordinance 1977-19, adopted on May 16, 1977, be, and is hereby, amended by repealing that sub- section and by substituting in its place the following: Section 6. Application for Permit and Inspection. I G. The fee for the issuance of a job permit for the installation of central heating and/or air conditioning units shall be based upon the size of the unit as follows: SIZE PERMIT FEE (Per Unit) Up to 7~ tons Over 7~ tons $10.00 $10.00 plus $1.00 for each additional ton or fraction thereof over 7~ tons. Section 6. That Section 6 of Ordinance 1977-19, adopted on May 16, 1977, be, and is hereby, amended by adding the fOllowing subsections: Section 6. Application for Permit and Inspection. H. The fee for the issuance of a job permit for the remodeling or renovation of any heating and/or air conditioning equipment, including the installation of additional ducting, shall be Five Dollars ($5.00). I. The fee for the issuance of a job permit for supply outlets in I commercial or industrial buildings, structures, or premises shall comply with the following schedule: NUMBER OF OUTLETS FEE 1-20 21-40 41-500 $ 7.00 20.00 $20.00 plus $0.50 per outlet for each outlet over 40. $250.00 plus $0.25 per outlet for each outlet over 500. 501 or more Section 7.
