positions shall be for the following job classifications: licensed physicians; registered nurses; <br />licensed vocational nurses; certified x -ray technicians or certified laboratory technicians hired or <br />contracted to full -time employment (at least 2,000 hours per year) with a gross wage of at least <br />$20.00 per hour ( "Eligible Positions "). Persons hired or contracted to Eligible Positions must be <br />hired or contracted between July 1, 2008 and February 28, 2013. Additionally, persons hired or <br />contracted to Eligible Positions must remain continuously employed in a full -time capacity at or <br />above such salary in an Eligible Position and maintain their primary residence in the City of San <br />Marcos for a period of at least one year from the later of the date of being hired or contracted or <br />the Effective Date of this Agreement. <br />Section 2.02(a). Application for Local Employment Incentive. CTMC <br />shall be entitled to receive a grant as provided in Section 3.02 for each Eligible Position <br />created under Section 2.02, subject to the requirements of this subsection. On or after the <br />date upon which a person holding an Eligible Position satisfies the residency and <br />continuous employment requirements of Section 2.02, CTMC may submit to the City an <br />application for payment of a grant to CTMC as provided in Section 3.02 for each such <br />person (the "Application for Payment "). The Application for Payment shall be in a form <br />and be accompanied by supporting documentation acceptable to the City Manager and <br />shall provide evidence that the person to which the Application for Payment relates has <br />been hired into an Eligible Position and has satisfied the residency and continuous <br />employment requirements of Section 2.02. <br />PART 3. ECONOMIC INCENTIVES PROVIDED BY THE CITY <br />Section 3.01. Refund of Certain Development Fees.
