positions shall be for the following job classifications: licensed physicians; registered nurses; licensed vocational nurses; certified x -ray technicians or certified laboratory technicians hired or contracted to full -time employment (at least 2,000 hours per year) with a gross wage of at least $20.00 per hour ( "Eligible Positions "). Persons hired or contracted to Eligible Positions must be hired or contracted between July 1, 2008 and February 28, 2013. Additionally, persons hired or contracted to Eligible Positions must remain continuously employed in a full -time capacity at or above such salary in an Eligible Position and maintain their primary residence in the City of San Marcos for a period of at least one year from the later of the date of being hired or contracted or the Effective Date of this Agreement. Section 2.02(a). Application for Local Employment Incentive. CTMC shall be entitled to receive a grant as provided in Section 3.02 for each Eligible Position created under Section 2.02, subject to the requirements of this subsection. On or after the date upon which a person holding an Eligible Position satisfies the residency and continuous employment requirements of Section 2.02, CTMC may submit to the City an application for payment of a grant to CTMC as provided in Section 3.02 for each such person (the "Application for Payment "). The Application for Payment shall be in a form and be accompanied by supporting documentation acceptable to the City Manager and shall provide evidence that the person to which the Application for Payment relates has been hired into an Eligible Position and has satisfied the residency and continuous employment requirements of Section 2.02. PART 3. ECONOMIC INCENTIVES PROVIDED BY THE CITY Section 3.01. Refund of Certain Development Fees.
