refund the full amount of the following development fees collected by the City from CTMC for <br />the Hospital Expansion: <br />Fees <br />Platting Fees <br />Site permit Fees <br />Watershed Protection Plan Fees <br />Building Permit Fees <br />Estimated Amounts <br />$1,174.67 <br />234.93 <br />4,698.68 <br />19,200.00 <br />Section 3.02. Local Employment Incentive. The City agrees pay $5,000.00 to <br />CTMC for each Eligible Position created by CTMC as a result of the Hospital Expansion held by <br />a person satisfying the residency and continuous employment requirements of Section 2.02. The <br />total amount to be paid by the City under this Section shall not exceed $250,000.00, subject to <br />funds appropriated by the City Council for economic development incentive grants for each year <br />that CTMC submits an Application for Payment under this Agreement. Payment by the City <br />under this Section shall be made within 30 days after the submission by CTMC of an Application <br />for Payment acceptable to the City Manager under Section 2.02(a). <br />Section 3.03. Fast Track Permit Approval and City Assistance. To the extent <br />consistent with applicable development and building standards, requirements for public notice <br />and due process and other requirements of state law, the City will expedite the review and <br />processing of applications for necessary City approvals and the issuance of all permits required <br />to be issued for the Hospital Expansion. The City shall also consider any other reasonable <br />requests made by CTMC in order to assist it in the construction of the Hospital Expansion. <br />PART 4. DEFAULT <br />Section 4.01.
