Ca ll to Order and Announce a Quoru is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.072- Deliberation Regarding Real <br />Property, the San Marcos City Council convened into Executive Session at 6:20 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in order to discuss matters pertaining to: <br />A. Deliberation regarding the acquisition of real property in west central San Marcos. <br />4. The Executive Session adjourned at 6:55 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
