A nonconforming use may not be enlarged or structurally altered. <br />(e) Appeals for relief from the distance requirement shall be heard by the Hays Countv. <br />District Court. <br />Sec. 18.247. Inspection. <br />(a) Each sexually adult oriented business shall be available for inspection by <br />representatives of the police department, fire department, health department and building <br />inspections department during all the time it is open for business. <br />(b) It is unlawful for a person who operates a adult sexually oriented business or the <br />person's agent or employee to refuse a lawful inspection of the premises by a <br />representative of the police department, fire department, health department or building <br />inspections division at any time it is occupied or open for business. <br />(c) This section does not apply to areas of an adult motel that are being rented by a <br />is customer for use as a permanent or temporary habitation. <br />15 <br />
