(2) By a private college or university that maintains and operates educational • <br />programs in which credits are transferable to a college, junior college or <br />university supported entirely or partly by taxation; or <br />(3) In a structure: <br />a. That has no sign visible from the exterior of the structure and no other <br />advertising that indicates a nude person is available for viewing. <br />b. Where, in order to participate in a class, a student must enroll at least <br />three days in advance of the class; and <br />c. Where no more than one nude model is on the premises at any one <br />time. <br />Sec. 18.244. Injunction. <br />A person who operates or causes to be operated a adult s� oriented business <br />without a valid license or in violation of section 18.246 is subject to a suit for injunction and/or <br />for administrative penalties in addition to prosecution for criminal violations. <br />Sec. 18.245. Reserved. • <br />Sec. 18.246. Location. <br />(a) It shall be unlawful for a Person to operate or cause to be operated an adult oriented <br />business on anv Property that is located: <br />(D in the Central Business Area; <br />(2) on a parcel of land other than those identified by R number on the man <br />attached as Exhibit A. <br />(3) within 1000 feet of the centerline of I -35, or <br />(4) within 1,500 feet of: <br />(a) A church; <br />04 (b) A public or private elementary or secondary school; <br />{ LcJ A residential district (except the Future Develonmcnt 7011int district) <br />(--;) (d) A public park contiguous with or across a street from a residential district; <br />(44 Lel A bar other than the bar within same Premises as the licensed adult <br />oriented business: • <br />14 <br />
