lm -$- 1/9/76 <br />during the term of this lease to make an arrangement with a professional <br />golfer to operate a concession on said premises, and the profits, if any, <br />realized by the profess Tonal golfer from the operation of such concess ion <br />on said premises, shall be and remain the sole property of said golfer, <br />and Lessor shall have no claim, or assert any right to any part or percentage <br />thereof. <br />XIV. <br />Lessor reserves from the land leased for golf course purposes, <br />the small area or portion thereof formerly used as a heliport, marked off <br />by posts with a cable running from post to post, and forming an area enclosed <br />by such posts and cable, except that both ends of said area open on to a paved <br />road which paved road affords ingress to and egress from Aquarena amuse- <br />ment area proper, and the reservation of such area is for the parking of <br />automobiles when necessary by the customers of Aquarena amusement <br />enterprises. <br />Also, if additional parking space is needed at peak periods, Aquarena, <br />Inc. , is authorized to recapture possession for such period of time for public <br />parking purposes the tee end of number seven (7) fairway for approximately <br />seventy-five (75) yards, thereby moving the tee temporarily toward the hole <br />about seventy-five (75) yards, provided that no parking shall be permitted on <br />the elevated portion of the regular number seven (7) tee. <br />XV. <br />San Marcos Golf Association will furnish Aquarena, Inc. , and the <br />City of San Marcos a monthly report of income and expenditures during <br />the life of this lease contract. An annual audit of the books of the Association <br />shall be conducted by a well qualified and competent auditor at the expense of
