PART 3. That the portion of Comet Street bounded on the west by lots 13 through 21 of the Porter and Barbee Subdivision of the City of San Marcos and on the east by lots 23, 25 through 32 of the Porter and Barbee Subdivision of the City of San Marcos be, and it is hereby abandoned, vacated, closed, and discontinued as a public street in the City of San Marcos, Texas. PART 4. That the City of San Marcos, Texas, hereby relinquishes to the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos all right, title, and interest of the City of San Marcos in and to said North-South Alley between C.M. Allen Parkway and Cheatham Street, the eastern one-half of the said portion of Woods Street, and the western one-half portion of Comet Street that borders upon lots 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of the Porter and Barbee Subdivision of the City of San Marcos, Texas. I PART 5. That the City of San Marcos, Texas, hereby relinquishes to Charles Villasenor all right, title, and interest in and to the western one-half of the said portion of Woods Street. PART 6. That the City of San Marcos, Texas, hereby relinquishes to Marian Nelson Meeks all right, title, and interest in and to the eastern one-half of that portion of Comet Street bounded by lots 23, 25 through 32 of the Porter and Barbee Subdivision of the City of San Marcos and the western one-half of that portion of Comet Street bounded by lots 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the Porter and Barbee Subdivision of the City of San Marcos. PART 7. That the Mayor is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute and deliver to the said Urban Renewal Agency, Marian Nelson Meeks, and Charles Villasenor Quitclaim Deeds to those portions of said streets and alley adjoining other real property owned by said persons, such deeds to be executed and delivered in the due and usual form by the Mayor and City Secretary, in their respective capacities, and with the seal of the City of San Marcos and attestation of the City Secretary affixed and shown thereon.
