<br />222 <br /> <br />RESOLurION m. 1976-lS-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE JOINT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE SAN MARCOS <br />CONSOLIDATED INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT PROVIDING <br />FOR THE JOINT USE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />III WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, desires to enter <br /> <br />into a joint agreement with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School <br /> <br />Distict providing for joint use of recreational facilities owned by each agency; <br /> <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the joint agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein be, <br /> <br />and is hereby, approved as the foundation and guide for the joint use of recreational <br /> <br />facilities owned by the City of San Marcos and the San Marcos Consolidated <br /> <br />Independent School District. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager of the City of San Marcos, Texas, Mr. James B. Baugh, <br /> <br />or his successor, be, and is hereby, authorized to execute the same in behalf of <br /> <br />I the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 3.
