<br />SECTION 32-6. Discrimination in Housing Financing.

<br />
<br />It shall be unlavful for any bank, building and loan association, insurance
<br />company, or other corporation, association, firm, or enterprise whose business
<br />consists in whole or in part in the making of real estate loans to deny a loan
<br />or other financial assistance to a person applying therefor for the purpose of
<br />purchasing, constructing, improving, repairing, or maintaining a dwelling based
<br />on the sex, race, color, religion, or national origin of such person or such
<br />persons associated therewith. It shall be unlawful for any bank, building and loan
<br />association, insurance company, or other corporation, association, firm or
<br />enterprise whose business consists in whole or in part in the making of real
<br />estate loans to discriminate against any person in the fixing of the amount, interest,
<br />rate, duration, or other terms and conditions of a loan or other financial assistance
<br />for housing purposes named above based on the sex, race, color, religion, or
<br />national origin of such person or persons associated therewith.

<br />SECTION 32-7. Discrimination in Providing Brokerage Services.
<br />
<br />It shall be unlawful for any person to deny another person access to, member-
<br />ship in, or participation in any multiple listing service, real estate brokers
<br />organization, or other housing service organization relating to the business of
<br />selling and renting dwellings based on the sex, race, color, religion, or national
<br />origin of such persons. It shall be unlawful for any person to discriminate against
<br />another person in the terms or conditions of such access, membership, or partici-
<br />pation in the organizations named above based on the sex, race, color, religion,
<br />Or national origin of such other person.

<br />SECTION 32-8. Intimidation.
<br />
<br />It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully injure, intimidate, or
<br />interfere with, or attempt to injure, intimidate, or interfere with:

<br />
<br />(A) Any person who is or has been selling, purchasing, renting, financing,
<br />occupying, or contracting or negotiating for the sale, purchase, rental, financing,
<br />or occupation of any dwelling when such injury, intimidation, or interference was
<br />inflicted because of such personls sex, race, color, religion, or national origin.
<br />
<br />(B) Any person because said person is or has been:
<br />
<br />1. Participating in any of the activities, services, organizatiC'ns,
<br />or facilities heretofore described; or
<br />
<br />2. Affording another person or class of persons opportunity to
<br />participate in any of the activities, services, organizations, or
<br />facilities heretofore described; or
<br />
<br />3. Aiding or encouraging other persons to participate, without
<br />discrimination, in any of the activities, services, organizations, or
<br />facilities heretofore described.

<br />SECTION 32-9.
<br />
<br />Exemptions and Exclusions.
<br />
<br />(A). The enumerated provisions included in this section shall be excluded
<br />and/or exempted from the application of Section 32-5 of this Ordinance. Exemptions
<br />and/or exclusions of the application of Section 32-5. of this Ordinance shal.l be
<br />only for the specifically enumerated cases here or as later specified through
<br />additions or amendments to this section.

<br />Any single-family dwelling sold or rented by its owner, provided:
<br />
<br />I
<br />
<br />a. that such individual owner does not own more than three (3) such
<br />single-family dwellings, within the City or its extraterritorial
<br />jurisdiction at anyone time;
<br />
<br />b. that the exemption granted by this section shall apply only with
<br />respect to one (1) such sale within any twenty-four (24) month period,
<br />and only if such sale of such single-family dwelling is by its private
<br />individual owner;
