During the life of Project No. Tex. A-6, 251 dwelling units were demolished in the project area. All low and moderate income housing required to be provided due to the demolition or'removal of residential structures with project funds pursuant to Section 105(h) of Title 1 of' the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, have been prc~ided. More than 355 dwelling units have been constructed and are identified as to general location ona map attached hereto as Attachment B and made a part hereof, Such housing I not provided would be incorporated and identified in the City's Housing Assistance Plan., 7. All low and moderate income housing reqlllrements with respect to which a pre- dominately residential project was obligated pursuant to Section 105(f) of Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, have been met with 24 residential reuse p:t:'operties , having been sold or to be sold. Of the total, 14 have been for low and moderate income residential reuse' with 7 of the 14 for low income.. Such units 'are,'.identified .as to general location on said map included as Attachment B hereto. If any such hOUSing re- mains to be provided, it would be incorporated and identified in the City's Housing Assistance Plan and a change in hOUSing obligations or in previously approved land usag< affecting housing obligations shall require prior written approval of the Secretary of HUD as long as the area remains predominately residential under the provisions of the applicable Urban Renewal Plan. I 8. In the event that the City..should succeed the Agency with respect to any dutie' , activities,' obligations or otherwise connected lrlth completion or carrying out: of the project the City hereby agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and to perfor. 'the Agency's duties, obligations, and activities to the same extent as the AgE!TIcy is herein obligated. 9. Any costs or obligations incurred in connection with the project witb respect to claims which are disputed, contingent, unliquidated or unidentified and for the pay- ment of which insufficient project funds have been reserved under the financial settle- ment, shall be borne by the City. Such additional expenses may be paid from funds made available from Community Development Block Grant Funds under 24 CFR.570. et seq. 10. Obligations under this Agreement are made specifically subject to the program management requirements.of Subpart (J) of 24 CFR 570.900, et seq. 11. It is specifically understood and agreed that the concurrence of thi.s Agreem by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Deve~opment shall not co'nstitute waiver of the terms of the Neighborhood Development Program Contracts with trLe Agency.
