Such meeting shall exclude all persons other than representatives designatell by the Audi tor ,md present members of the City Council Audit Conunittec or their alternates. City and Auditor agrce that additional meetings excluding City employees and s taH may be called at the discretion of ei ther the Ci t}' or the I\ulli tor at any othcr time during the regular annual audit or at any other blne during c;hich the Auditor is providing additional accow1ting sel-vices to the City. I V. Ulln:R ADQLT10NAL ACCOUNl'lNG SERVICES: Auditor agrees to provide other addi tional accounting services to the City (luring the period of October 1, 1976 through Septemher 30, 1977.
