-2- I TRACT B. There are three (3) fields in Tract B, two are tr i-' angularly shaped and the other is a pentagon. Turf-type grasses are preferable in Tract B, especially in the triangularly shaped fields, but other crops may be grown in this Tract provided the Lessee first establishes and agrees to maintain turfed areas 80 feet in diameter around each of the drains within or adjacent to the field in which non-turf cropping is carried out, so as to prevent the silting of these drains. Crops in Tract B must not obscure inter-runway vision in anyway and must not exceed a maximum of five (5) feet in height:. TRACT C. Tract C may be used for the growing of field crops (row crops, broadcast or drilled crops) or for the grazing of live- stock at, the option of the Lessee. However, before livestock are introduced onto the premises, and so long as they remain, fencing capable of containing said livestock must be situated and maintained to completely enclose the area used for grazing. Lessee assumes all responsibility for controlling all livestock placed in Tract C and agrees to promptly return any livestock which may escape from the enclosed area. Lessee also assumes any and all liability for damage caused by any livestock that escape from the enclosed areas. All activities incidental to or in connection with the use of the property herein leased shall be conducted in a manner so as to intro- duce no hazard to the landing, takeoff or moving or aircraft or otherwise limiting or interfering with the use of the Airport. The use of the property herein leased shall not in any manner interfere with nor impair the drainage facilities of the Airport. III. Access 1 Lessee further agrees to minimize the use of runway and taxiway surfaces; i.e., in traveling to and from fields and in crossing these surfaces. Lessee will not turn farm equipment at the end of rows, etc., on apved surfaces. Lessee agrees to take care that dirt, mud, rocks, etc., are not carried onto ,these surfaces by any farm equipment and that if such should occur that Lessee will promptly remove same, or cause it to be done, at no expense to the Lessor. Farm tractors and machinery will enter enclosed fields only at points specified below. See attached map also. a. The north and west most triangular field will be entered only across the west most end of runway 4. ,b. The pentagon shaped field will be entered only across t:he west' most end of taxiway F . c. The south and east most triangular field will be entered only from the pentagon shaped field across the east end of runway 26 where it intersects with runway 17-35. d. The several field situated between the concrete apron and the segments of runways 8-26 and 12-30 closest thereto will be entered only across taxiways that also bound these fields. IV. Notification of Work and Machinery Markings Lessee agrees to notify the Fixed Base Operator operating the UNICOM radio prior to the start of any farming or mowing operations in Tract A or B so that pilots may be notified by UNICOM radio or other means. All equipment should be distinctly marked or lighted so as to be highly visible to aircraft using the airport. I V. Structures No structures o~ any type (fencing, buildings, etc.) may be loca- ted by Lessee upon Tracts A or B. Structures, other than fences, may be placed upon Tract C only after the consent of the Lessor has been obtained. Fencing shall be placed in accordance with the provisions of Part II of this agreement. No structure may be located on any tract (A,B, or C) that would threaten or inhibit the use of the air- port for aviation purposes.
