<br />6. Primary control points or descriptions and ties to such
<br />control points to which all dimensions, angles, bearings,
<br />block numbers, and similar data shall be referenced.
<br />
<br />7. Subdivision boundary lines, indicated by heavy lines,
<br />and the computed acerage of the subdivision.
<br />
<br />8. Existing sites as follows:
<br />
<br />a, The exact location, dimensions, name, and description
<br />of all existing or recorded streets, alleys, reser-
<br />vations, easements, or public rights-of-way within I
<br />the subdivision, intersecting or contiguous with
<br />its boundaries or forming such boundaries.
<br />
<br />b. The exact location, dimensions, description, and
<br />name of all existing or recorded residential lots,
<br />parks, public areas, permanent structures, and signi-
<br />cant sites within or contiguous with the subdivision.
<br />
<br />c, The exact location, dimensions, description, and
<br />flowline of existing watercourses and drainage
<br />structures within the subdivision or on contiguous
<br />tracts.
<br />
<br />d, The exact location, dimensions, and description of
<br />all other exi~ting utilities in the immediate vicinity
<br />of the proposed subdivision.
<br />
<br />9. The exact location, dimensions, descriptiot, and name of
<br />all proposed streets, alleys, parks, 'public areas,
<br />reservations, easements or rights-of-way, blocks, lots,
<br />watercourses, and drainage structures,
<br />
<br />10. Date of preparation, scale of plat, and north arrow.
<br />
<br />11. Topographical information shall include contour lines on I
<br />a basis of five (5) vertical feet in terrain with a slope
<br />of two percent (2%) or more, and on a basis of one (1)
<br />vertical foot in terrain with a slope of less than
<br />two percent (2%),
<br />
<br />12, Location of city limits line, the outer border of the
<br />City's extra-territorial jurisdiction, and zoning district
<br />boundaries, if they traverse the subdivision, form part
<br />of the boundary of the subdivision, or are contiguous
<br />to such boundary.
<br />
<br />13, The preliminary plat shall indicate tentatively, by lot,
<br />the proposed land use.
<br />
<br />14. A number or letter to identify each lot or site and each
<br />block.
<br />
<br />15. The location of all front, side, and rear building
<br />setback lines.
<br />
<br />Section C,
<br />
<br />Final Plat.
<br />
<br />General. The final plat shall conform to the preliminary I
<br />plat as prelimina~ily approved by the C6mmission,incorporating
<br />any and all changes, modifications, alterations, corrections,
<br />and conditions imposed by the Commission.
<br />
<br />1. The final plat shall be drawn in India ink on linen
<br />tracing cloth, or dimensionally stable matte film sheets,
<br />twenty-four inches (24") wide and thirty-six inches (36")
<br />long, with one and one half inch (1 1/2") margin on the
<br />left side of the sheet, and margins not less than three-
<br />fourths inches (3/4") on the other three sides, This plat
