Existing sites as follows: <br /> <br />a, The exact location, dimensions, name, and description <br />of all existing or recorded streets, alleys, reser- <br />vations, easements, or public rights-of-way within I <br />the subdivision, intersecting or contiguous with <br />its boundaries or forming such boundaries. <br /> <br />b. The exact location, dimensions, description, and <br />name of all existing or recorded residential lots, <br />parks, public areas, permanent structures, and signi- <br />cant sites within or contiguous with the subdivision. <br /> <br />c, The exact location, dimensions, description, and <br />flowline of existing watercourses and drainage <br />structures within the subdivision or on contiguous <br />tracts. <br /> <br />d, The exact location, dimensions, and description of <br />all other exi~ting utilities in the immediate vicinity <br />of the proposed subdivision. <br /> <br />9. The exact location, dimensions, descriptiot, and name of <br />all proposed streets, alleys, parks, 'public areas, <br />reservations, easements or rights-of-way, blocks, lots, <br />watercourses, and drainage structures, <br /> <br />10. Date of preparation, scale of plat, and north arrow. <br /> <br />11.
