The Building Inspector; <br /> <br />k. The Fire Chief; <br /> <br />1. City Tax Office representative; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />m. San Marcos Telephone Company representative; <br /> <br />n. Entex representative; <br /> <br />o. Lower Colorad& River Authority representative; and <br /> <br />p. Chairman of the Environmental Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />2. Powers and Duties. The Plat Review Committee shall <br />determine from the data submitted whether each plat <br />meets the requirements of all applicable City ordinances, <br />codes, and regulations. The Plat Review Committee shall <br />submit to the Commission its recommendations on those <br />plats which it has considered. The Plat Review Committee <br />shall recommend approval, disapproval, or approval-subject- <br />to-compliance, with such modifications as the Committee <br />deems necessary. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Rules and Procedures. The Plat Review Committee shall <br />adopt its own rules of order and procedure to regulate <br />the meeting of the Committee and the activity directly <br />related thereto, The rules shall deal only with procedural <br />matters and shall be available to the public and kept on <br />file in the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4, <br /> <br />Meeting. The Plat Review Committee shall meet in <br />regular session on the first and third Wednesday of <br />each month at City Hall. <br /> <br />5. Records. The Plat Review Committee shall keep minutes <br />of its proceedings showing the vote on each question <br />and shall keep a record of its examination and other <br />official action, all of which shall be filed in the <br />Public Works Department, and shall be a public record <br />upon submission of preliminary plat to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />6. Disposition. Upon completion of the review of the <br />subdivision plat by the Committee, the Chairman shall <br />cause the plat to be presented for consideration at <br />the next regularly scheduled meeting.of the Commission, <br />and shall present the recommendation of the Plat Review <br />Committee before the Commission. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV - LEGAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section A. Conflict with Other Ordinances. <br /> <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the <br />terms of ' this Ordiannce are hereby repealed; provided, however, <br />that such repeal shall be only to the extent of such inconsistency, <br />and in all other respects this Ordiannce shall be cumulative of <br />other ordinances regulating and governing the subject matters <br />covered by this Ordinance. <br />
