San Marcos Telephone Company representative; n. Entex representative; o. Lower Colorad& River Authority representative; and p. Chairman of the Environmental Advisory Committee. 2. Powers and Duties. The Plat Review Committee shall determine from the data submitted whether each plat meets the requirements of all applicable City ordinances, codes, and regulations. The Plat Review Committee shall submit to the Commission its recommendations on those plats which it has considered. The Plat Review Committee shall recommend approval, disapproval, or approval-subject- to-compliance, with such modifications as the Committee deems necessary. 3. Rules and Procedures. The Plat Review Committee shall adopt its own rules of order and procedure to regulate the meeting of the Committee and the activity directly related thereto, The rules shall deal only with procedural matters and shall be available to the public and kept on file in the Public Works Department. I 4, Meeting. The Plat Review Committee shall meet in regular session on the first and third Wednesday of each month at City Hall. 5. Records. The Plat Review Committee shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote on each question and shall keep a record of its examination and other official action, all of which shall be filed in the Public Works Department, and shall be a public record upon submission of preliminary plat to the Planning and Zoning Commission. 6. Disposition. Upon completion of the review of the subdivision plat by the Committee, the Chairman shall cause the plat to be presented for consideration at the next regularly scheduled meeting.of the Commission, and shall present the recommendation of the Plat Review Committee before the Commission. ARTICLE IV - LEGAL PROVISIONS I Section A. Conflict with Other Ordinances. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the terms of ' this Ordiannce are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeal shall be only to the extent of such inconsistency, and in all other respects this Ordiannce shall be cumulative of other ordinances regulating and governing the subject matters covered by this Ordinance.
