Manufactured Home situated at the Saddlebrook Mobile Home Park, 236 Silver Peak <br />• Drive, Space No. 50; and declaring an effective date. <br />16. Consider adoption of Resolution 2010 -73R (now amended to read 2010 -82R), <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute right of first refusal agreements with Texas State <br />University -San Marcos and the Texas State University -San Marcos Support Foundation <br />panting to the City the first right to negotiate for the acquisition of two lots in the central <br />business area and granting to Texas State University -San Marcos the first right to <br />negotiate for the acquisition of a portion of a tract of land adiacent to Charles Austin <br />Drive; and providing an effective date. <br />17. Consider adoption of Resolution 2010 -74R (now amended to read 2010 -83R), dedicating <br />five acres out of the Spring Lake Preserve Parkland as open space, as required by the <br />Texas Parks and Wildlife Department; and providing an effective date. <br />18. Consider adoption of Resolution 2010 -75R (now amended to read 2010 -84R), offering to <br />make a matching grant of up to $500,000 to the Hays Caldwell Women's Center from <br />accrued interest earned on cash funded CIP projects; and declaring an effective date. <br />19. Consider adoption of Resolution 2010 -76R (now amended to read 2010 -85R), <br />supporting and requesting the re- designation or dual designation of portions of FM 3407, <br />RM 12, SH 21 and SH 80 by the Texas Department of Transportation; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />• Item 18 was ulled from the e Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Terry, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, less item 18. The motion carried unanimously. <br />(18)MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Porterfield, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adopt Resolution <br />2010 -75R (now amended to read 2010 -84R), as previously captioned. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Thomason and a second by <br />Councilmember Terry, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to reconsider <br />item 19. The motion carried unanimously. <br />(19)MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember <br />Thomason, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve Resolution <br />2010 -76R (now amended to read 2010 -85R), as previously captioned.
