Consider adoption of Resolution 2010 -74R (now amended to read 2010 -83R), dedicating <br />five acres out of the Spring Lake Preserve Parkland as open space, as required by the <br />Texas Parks and Wildlife Department; and providing an effective date. <br />18. Consider adoption of Resolution 2010 -75R (now amended to read 2010 -84R), offering to <br />make a matching grant of up to $500,000 to the Hays Caldwell Women's Center from <br />accrued interest earned on cash funded CIP projects; and declaring an effective date. <br />19.
