Sutton <br /> <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, City Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />and the fOllol-ling absent: none , constituting <br /> <br />a quorum, at I'lhich time the folloHing, among other proceedings, <br /> <br />were had, to wit: <br /> <br /> <br />~[he proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br /> <br /> <br />Councilman Breihan moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br /> <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br /> <br /> <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br /> <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br /> <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br /> <br /> <br />passage. The motion was seconded by Cotltlcilman Hansen <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />AYES: Mayor Craddock and Councilmen Arredondo Breihan <br /> <br />Dibrell <br /> <br />Flores <br /> <br />Hansen <br /> <br />Sutton <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />COR~cilman Breihan moved that the ordinance be passed <br />fi,nally.
