The Hayor announced that the ordinance had been passed finally. The Ordinance is as follows; vT~ffiREAS) each and all of the members of the City Council of the City of San Mal'cos ViaS duly and sufficiently notified, offi- c:Lally and personally, in advance) of the til'le, place and purpose of this meeting; and HHEREAS, proper notice of this meeting has been duly and timely posted as provided by law; and H}ffiREAS, the City COcillcil determines and finds the advisability and necessity of constructing a city hall for said City and that same is an authorized need and said City has the requiSite povler I and authority to contract for such construction and to issue interest-bearing certificates of obligation for the purpose of paying the contractual obligation and indebtedness of ~aid City to be incurred by such constl'uction, and for legal services and other rela,ted expenses in connection there11i th; and HEIEHEAS, the City Council of the City of San Narcos has heretofore passed an ordinance authorizing the issuance cf CITY OF SAN ~ffiRCOS CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION, SERIES 1974, for the purpose of paying the contractual obligation and indebtedness to be incurred in the constructing ofa city hall for said City and fOT legal services and other related expenses in connection therel'1i th, and a contract vias duly entered into for said purpose; I and vTHEREAS, the following claim, duly verified, has been pre- sented to the City Council: CLAIr!
