<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPENDIX <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I. <br />BASIC PROGRAM OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />The objectives of the Senior Citizens Program will be <br />directed primarily to providing Social Services including but <br />not limited to recreation, transportation and health care, in- <br />formation regarding other programs necessary to assist Senior <br />Citizens, information regarding nutrition and supporting services <br />relative to the needs of Senior Citizens. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />ELIGIBILITY <br /> <br />Any person aged 60 or over and a resident of the City of San <br />II Marcos for ninety (90) days shall be eligible for the Senior Citizens <br />Program. The right to receive said services will not be affected <br />by the nationality of the person if said person is otherwise eligible. <br />Because of the limited resources available to the Senior Citizens <br />Program it may not be possible to provide services heretofore des- <br />cribed to all Senior Citizens who are eligible, therefore, it may <br />be necessary to impose restrictions on the Senior Citizens who may <br />be served.
