<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Caldwell and Blanco Counties and the Director of the Senior <br /> <br /> <br />Citizens Program will make this decision as circumstances so <br /> <br /> <br />warrant. <br /> <br /> <br />Any eligible Senior Citizen who is denied assistance <br /> <br /> <br />because of such a decision will be given priority in receiving <br /> <br /> <br />services when said restrictions or relaxed or removed. <br /> <br />III. <br />SENIOR CITIZENS CENTERS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Senior Citizens Centers will be operated at 701 Georgia St., <br />llO Comal St., the old Dunbar School and any other location that <br />the Community Action Agency shall deem necessary. The Community <br />Action Agency Inc., of Hays, Caldwell and Blanco Counties reserves <br />the right to eliminate any Center and to add any Center or Centers <br />as the Community Action Agency deems necessary in order to provide <br />the optimum amount of services for Senior Citizens. <br /> <br />IV. <br />INTERNAL SERVICE APPEAL PROCEDURE <br /> <br />If an applicant has a complaint either in regards to eligibi- <br />lity or to quality of service the following steps are to be followed <br />after determination as to the type of complaint. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />1- <br />
