Second: Grantee City agrees for itself and any successor in interest not to discriminate upon the basis of race, color or national origin in the sale, lease or rental or in the use or occu- pancy of the properties hereby conveyed or any part thereof or of any improvements erected or to be erected thereon or any pa.rt thereof. Grantor, Agency does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said premises under the said grantee City, its successors an~ assigns against every person lawfully claiming Or to claim the same or any part thereof. This deed is made in place of a.nd as a Correction Deed of Dedication of a Deed of Dedication executed by Grantor herein to Grantee dated the (,:::Ie. day of 9L""u.i.,.J....v , 197:1, and recorded in Volume Q'~( Page 1\1)-/10 Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, wherein by error or mistake: 1. Parcel lA-2B was incorrectly described. 2. Certain references were made to the Urban Renewal Plan for the NDP Project Tex. A-6, Third Action Year wherein such reference should have been to the Urban Renewal Plan for the NDP Project Fourth Action Year, which corrected reference has been inserted in this Correction Deed of Dedication; also any reference in the original Deed of Dedication to the Second Amended Cooperation Agreement by and between the City of San Marcos and the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos should have been to the Fourth Amended Coopera- tion Agreement and this correction has been made whereever the Cooperation Agreement is referred to in this Correction Deed of Dedication.
