A-G, Fourth Action Year, has been approved and adopted by city Council Ordinance dated the /~ fX day of j!VLll/ , I 97.!L1 and, V WHEREAS, the Fourth Amended Cooperation Agreement by and between the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of the city of San Marcos (hereinafter called Agency) and the City of San MarCOS, (hereinafter called City) dated the 6tn day of May, 1974 provides that Agp-ncy will dedicate and city will accept dedication of those disposition parcels referred to herein for public and semi-public use as set forth in said approved plan and further that the City agrees to cooperate in the undertaking, carrying out and completion of the neighborhood development program in accordance with the approved Urban Renewal Plan; now, therefore The Urban Renewal Agency of the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas has dedicated and by these presents does hereby dedicate unto the City of San Marcos the following described real property and improvements located thereon located in the County of Hays, City of San Marcos, Texas and more particularly described " as follows, to-wit: Disposition Parcels: IA-2B, 4-1, 8-3, 8-3A, 11-1 and 7-2 being more fully described by metes and bounds !nExhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
