<br />52 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1975 - 27 <br /> <br />FOLLOI-J-UP ORDER <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the --2.!JL day of June , 197 50 the City <br />Council of the City of San Marcos J Texas, convened in Regular <br />session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall of said <br />City, with the following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />1.:1 <br /> <br />DR. EMl'ilIE CRADDOCK, <br />FRANK T. ARREDONDO <br />TED BREIHAN <br />BILL DIBRELL <br />LUCIANO FLORES <br />JOHN HANSEN <br />KENNETH SUTTON <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: NONE , constituting <br />a quorum, at which time the following, among other proceedings, <br />were had, to wit: <br /> <br />The proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br />Councilman Hansen moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br />Arredondo <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />passage. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: 11ayor Craddock and Councilmen Arredondo <br />Dibrell Flores Hansen Sutton <br /> <br />Breihan , <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />Councilman Hansen <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be passed <br /> <br />finally.
