<br />59-c <br /> <br />Marcos, Texas, hereinabove described, and for the further purpose <br />of constructing and equipping a public building to be used as a <br />civic center in said City and for the further purpose of con- <br />II structing and equipping a public building to be used as a city <br />hall in said City, all as hereinbefore mentioned. <br />Section 2. That said bonds shall be numbered consecutively <br />from 1 to 62, inclusive, and shall be of the denomination of <br />Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) each, aggregating Three Hundred <br />Ten Thousand Dollars ($310,000). <br />That said Bonds shall be dated February 1, 1974, and shall <br />bear interest from date until the principal sum shall be paid as <br />follows: <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />YEARS BONDS MATURING <br />(Inclusive) <br /> <br />1976 - 1979 <br />1980 - 1985 <br />1986 <br />1987 <br />1988 <br />1989 <br />1990 <br />1991 - 1992 <br />1993 <br />1994 <br />1995 <br /> <br />INTEREST RATES <br />(per Annum) <br /> <br />6.50% <br />4.50% <br />4.60% <br />4.70% <br />4.80% <br />4.90% <br />5.00% <br />5.10% <br />5.20% <br />5.25% <br />5.30% <br /> <br />which interest shall be evidenced by proper coupons attached to <br />each of said bonds and shall be payable February 1, 1975, and <br />semi-annually thereafter on August 1 and February 1 in each year. <br />That both principal of and interest on said bonds shall be payable <br />in lawfUl money of the United States of America, without exchange <br />or collection charges to the owner or holder, upon presentation <br />and surrender of bonds or proper coupons at The First National <br />Bank of San Marcos, San Marcos, Texas, or at the option of the <br />holder, at the Frost National Bank, San Antonio, Texas (herein <br />sometimes called banks of payment) . <br />Section 3.
